Important notice: As of 1 June 2023, RadioKing will no longer provide maintenance for the StudioKing broadcast software. In other words, the software will no longer be updated and will remain in its beta version. To avoid instability during use, we recommend that you choose another broadcast software from the list suggested in the article "Guide to live broadcasting"
Why does StudioKing crash after a few hours?
- Your operating system is not compatible → we invite you to use a different live broadcasting software.
- If you are running on Windows, the username of your session on your computer or the path to your user folder contains special characters (space, "é", "è",":"," -", etc.) → simply remove the special characters from your user name.
A black screen or infinite loading appears when launching the software even though it worked before:
-
You may have imported a file that is too large and StudioKing can no longer load it completely at the launch → we invite you to download more files but less large.
-
StudioKing corrupted the data when it was backed up.
-
There is too much old data in StudioKing (there is no cleaning system available in the software yet).
For Windows:
-
Make sure that StudioKing is closed
-
Press the Windows and R keys at the same time a small window should open.
-
In the field of this window, search %appdata% then press enter and an explorer should open itself
-

-

-
