If you're using a gmail address, there are a few steps to complete beforehand:
Following up Google's security measures, there are additional steps to follow in order to set up a SMTP Gmail server. If you have activated the double authentication, the setup may be different.
If the double authentication is deactivated: Before setting up the Gmail SMTP on your radio website, you need to activate the less secure app access in your Google account. To activate the less secure app access, go this link: https://myaccount.google.com/security. In the Security tab, scroll sown to the mention Less secure App access. This setting is necessary to activate the SMTP, POP or IMAP access. Then, you can pursue the server setup on the radio website admin. If you still have issues despite these instructions, you will need to also deactivate the Captcha. To do so, go to this link: https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha and login with your Google User name and password if you are not already logged in. You can then click on the Continue button and go back to the radio website admin to finish with the setup.
If the double authentication is activated: If your Google account is protected by the double authentication, you need to set up the SMTP server with an App password. I invite you to follow the steps of the Create & use App Passwords part of this Google tutorial. When you have done these steps, you will have an App password that you will use in the Password field while you set up the SMTP in your radio website admin.
