If you have noticed that your planning is not being respected, this can be due to several reasons:
-
First, make sure that you have regenerated your day under Scheduler > Daily Generation. It’s important to do this each time you modify your broadcasting content for days that have already been generated, otherwise your changes will not be taken into account.
-
If you have scheduled a Break (Scheduler > Breaks):
-
And you want your break to stop a track, make sure that you activate the “Can stop track” option. To do this, simply Right-click on the Break > Edit > activate “Can stop music”. If this option is not activated, your break will broadcast once the track has come to an end (even if your track lasts more than 10 minutes!) The same thing applies when organising your planning.
-
And your want your break to play at the end of the current track, make sure that the “can stop music” option is not activated. (Right-click on the Break > Edit > deactivate “Can stop music”)
-
We also invite you to check the tolerance of the elements in your planning under Scheduler > Planning. To do this, simply right-click on your playlist or program > Edit > choose whether your item will be played at a fixed time and set the tolerance if you want it to wait until the previous element is finished.
You can easily know if a title is cut due to a Break or an item in your planning if you see the duration appear in red.
