To use our Radio Manager, you do not need to use FTP access. All you have to do is upload your files directly to the Music Library.
This allows us to process your songs when they are sent, and to retrieve their metadata (i.e. the purchase link, the cover, etc...).
Careful: For technical reasons, the files you import must be a maximum of 300 MB. Larger files will be rejected.
If you want to send files larger than 300 MB, you must first either:
- Divide them into several parts, then group them into a Playlist
- Re-encode them at a lower bit rate (but their sound quality will be affected)
If you want to retrieve files from your media library, simply go to the right hand side of your title and click on the download icon:
