The broadcast is different from my schedule
Did you remember to regenerate your current day as well as the next day? You always have to regenerate in order to apply changes to your schedule.
If the problem remains, please send us the time slot, the title, the time and the day of the broadcast concerned via a support ticket.
The more information we have, the better we can help you. :)
Songs repeat too often
Here's how you can make sure your songs are not repeated:
First of all, it is necessary to know that broadcasting constraints only impact the elements in your music tray. Therefore, everything that is another tray (advert, recording, shout outs...) is not concerned.
We invite you to carry out these steps before using the broadcast constraints:
- Remove all the short elements (less than 30 seconds) from your music tray, this puts the constraints at risk.
- Make sure you have enough variety of items to meet your constraints in everything you plan (playlist, programs, etc.). This means having enough variety of artists if you have an artist constraint and having at least 500 titles.
- Make sure your playlists do not overlap. That is to say that they do not have the same titles as another one that has recently been released. This could force the constraints to start again and thus cause repetition.
Once these steps have been checked, you can apply broadcasting constraints by following the steps in this tutorial and then check that they are applied using this tutorial.
Finally, don't forget to regenerate your day if it has already generated so that your changes are taken into account.
If the problem remains, please send us the time slot, the title, the time and the day of the broadcast concerned via a support ticket.

Songs / programs are cut in the middle
Have you edited the mix points of your titles before? If you have never edited them, this could be the cause of the problem.
To edit your mix points, I recommend you follow the steps in this tutorial.
You need to pay special attention to the following points: start, fade in, fade out, mix and end.
You can test the result with another song by clicking on play the intro or play the extro.
Also make sure that the issue with your mix points is not related to scheduled "Breaks" that could cut the end of your previous track.
We also recommend that after editing your tracks, you regenerate your day to make sure the changes are applied.
If the problem remains, please send us the time slot, the title, the time and the day of the broadcast concerned via a support ticket.
