You no longer want your RadioKing subscription?
- If your refund request is made after the specified time, our accounting department will not refund your subscription.
- We do not refund the renewal of existing subscriptions. You need to ask for the cancellation of your subscription before the renewal date.
You have cancelled your subscription but are still being charged?
If you have submitted a cancellation request and you are still being charged, please follow these steps:
Log in to your client area.
Click on Services in the top left-hand corner.
Select the category that corresponds to your subscription. For example, to cancel a radio station, click on “Radios”.
Click on the logo of the service you’d like to cancel.
Check that a yellow banner indicates the following message: There is a cancellation in progress for this product/service.
If the message appears, the account will no longer be billed. The current direct debits are probably linked to another account with an active RadioKing subscription. You must login to this second account and request to cancel the invoiced service.
If the message does not appear, try again to cancel this subscription by making sure you reach the final confirmation page.
