You can update your credit card at any time:
- Head over to your Customer Area
- Click on Billing > Manage credit cards
Careful: If a message appears stating that you currently have no card on file, we invite you to head over to your invoices. Go to your unpaid invoice and click on the “pay now” button, you will then be able to add a new credit card directly. This card will be saved for your future payments.
If you want to change your payment method, you can contact our team with the email address linked to your RadioKing account. Your request may take up to 48 hours to be taken into account.
