How to change the radio stream on my mobile application?

The audio stream is the first option to configure when creating your Radio application. Here's how to set up your feed for your application.


First of all, head over to your Customer Area under Services > My Apps and click on Edit my App.

 

We invite you to click directly on the link corresponding to your stream: 

You can add up to 10 different streams within the app.

Careful: if you do not know where to find the URL of your stream and it is not hosted by us, we invite you to contact your host directly.

 

CONFIGURING MY RADIOKING STREAM

  1. In the Stream Type field select RadioKing
  2. Choose the radio stream that you would like to add
  3. Click on save at the bottom of the page


You can also manually configure your stream with your radio ID which you can find under the Live tab of the Radio Manager. To clarify, your radio ID = the mount point.

CONFIGURING A SHOUTCAST STREAM

Careful: If you have a Shoutcast V2 stream, click on Other to configure your stream. 

  1. In the Stream Type field select Shoutcast
  2. Enter the stream of your radio station
  3. Click on save at the bottom of the page

CONFIGURING AN ICECAST STREAM

  1. In the Stream type field select Icecast
  2. Specify the stream of your radio station as well as the mount point
  3. Click on save at the bottom of the page

CONFIGURING A RADIONOMY STREAM

  1. In the Stream Type field, select Radionomy
  2. Enter the address of your stream which should look like this: http://listen.radionomy.com/nom-radio
  3. Fill in your Radio UID
  4. Click on save at the bottom of the page

I HAVE ANOTHER STREAM ELSEWHERE

  1. In the Stream Typefield select Other
  2. Enter the URL of your stream in the MP3 stream URL field
  3. If you want to activate current track information, provide your current track URL (For Shoutcast streams, you can find this URL on your Shoutcast page > Current Song)
  4. Click on save at the bottom of the page
