Depending on the source of your flow, the reasons for this problem are different:
- If your feed comes from RadioKing, the covers displayed on the Radio site are from your Radio Manager. On the other hand, if you have modified the metadata of your covers on the Manager, they are not automatically updated on the Radio website.
- If your stream comes from another source, the covers are automatically retrieved, via a dedicated service, on platforms such as Spotify or iTunes for example. However, it is possible that a cover may not be retrieved via these services, even if it is present when you use one of these services manually.
However, the solution remains the same for both reasons:
- Once a track has been broadcast on the Radio website, if you have activated the broadcast history in your site administrator (Parameters > Players > click on the pen to edit published player > click on the Activate track history button), the tracks are stored in the Music Database module.
- You can either manually modify the title information (Audio > Music base > Music base Management > click on the pen), or disable the music database to force you to look for new information the next time you play it (Audio > Music base > Settings > Disable the module and then enable it again)
Careful: if you disable the Music base, all track information will be updated when they are played, i.e. if you have manually modified a cover, it may be overwritten if the track is played again.
