The title recovery service in progress is updated every 30 seconds on average (it depends on the service).
There may therefore be a 30 second delay between the time your music changes and the time the title is updated.
Warning: make sure that your time zone is configured correctly (under Settings > General), as this may also be the cause of the issue.
