In this tutorial we are going to show the procedure you should follow if you want to send a message to tech support or client service.
1 - Connect to your Radio King account.
2 - Go to the "Help Center" or click on "Open new Ticket".
3 – If you have a technical problem with one of your serviecs, click on "Support" If it's a question to do with your account, click "Customer Service".
4 - Then click “Open Ticket” and type your message, explaining your request as much as possible in order to get a response which answers your question accurately. You can also attach files if necessary. Do not forget to click “Submit”
5 - Visit the "Support" section of the "Help Centre" to follow the progress of your ticket and see all of the messages which you have received. You can also return to the homepage to see the state of your tickets and access them.
