Our technical support is available Monday to Friday* from 9.00am to 5.00pm (Paris time), so you'll get an answer during these hours.
*excluding french public holidays
Unfortunately, we can't offer you round-the-clock support, but rest assured that every message we receive will be dealt with as quickly as possible!
How can you contact us ?

Via our Answer Bot*, which appears in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.
*Please note that the Answer Bot is not a Chat Bot. The Answer Bot will send you tutorials and articles to answer your questions. To create a ticket and contact our team, you will need to ask it or use the form or our email address.
Once your ticket has been created, you can track its progress from your customer area.
To help you track the progress of your ticket, it will have different statuses:
- Open : we have received your message and will respond as soon as possible.
- Pending : we have replied to your message and are awaiting your reply. If we don't hear from you within 5 days, the ticket will be automatically closed.
- On hold : your request requires further investigation, so we've paused it until we have a complete answer for you.
- Closed : our conversation is over, so the ticket is closed. You have 5 days to reply before the ticket is definitively closed.
Our social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X... don't allow us to automatically retrieve information about your file. For a faster response, we invite you to contact us directly using the methods listed above. 🙂
